What we cannot provide

Personal medical diagnosis, prescriptions, or emergency triage by email/phone
Urgent clinical advice

If you are experiencing a medical emergency (chest pain, severe shortness of breath, stroke-like symptoms, or thoughts of self-harm), contact local emergency services immediately. Do not wait for an email reply.

Citations & sources

Wellness suggestions in the app include in-app citation links to public sources (NIH, NCCIH, WHO, CDC, and similar). Open Profil → Sumber & sitasi in the app, or browse the same sources from the product site.
